PyTorch Conference North America 2026 Co-Location Request Form

Please tell us more about the co-located event you would like to host alongside PyTorch Conference North America 2026 on Monday, October 19! If you intend on hosting multiple events, please submit a response for each event request; a single submission for multiple events will not be accepted.

Please be sure to read the Co-Located Event Best Practices + Event Guide thoroughly, as we will not be able to accommodate changes to the event type/package once a contract is signed.

Due to limited space, custom packages will not be available in the conference venue. You are welcome to find a different venue and request cross-promotion of your event for a flat fee of $7,500.

Packages for PyTorch Conference North America 2026 are:
  • Package A | Theater up to 50 attendees - $17,500
  • Package B | Theater up to 125 attendees - $26,000
  • Package C | Theater up to 250 attendees - $40,000
  • Package D | Theater up to 325 attendees - $48,000
  • Package E | Theater up to 400 attendees - $55,000
  • Package F | Cross-Promo MPO - Promotion of an event at an offsite venue - $7,500
Packages A - E include:
  • Meeting space in theater setup
  • Event set-up is available during the following times:
    • Sunday, October 18 | 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM PDT
    • Monday, October 19 | 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM PDT
  • Events can be held between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PDT
  • Access to Conference Wifi
  • Audio Visual (AV) services:
    • Projector
    • Screen
    • Wireless presentation advancer
    • Basic audio
    • (2) handheld microphones
  • Roaming technical support available during event hours
  • Dedicated meeting room signage and shared directional signage at the venue
  • Contact information of co-located event’s registered attendees, including: first name, last name, company, title, country, dietary restrictions, and email address
  • (1) Session scanner for managing on-site check-in
  • (1) Registration table and (2) chairs outside of the room for attendee check-in
  • (1) Attendee PyTorch Conference North America 2026 pass for organizer
  • Food & Beverage: All-day water, coffee, tea for attendees
  • On-site event support
  • Featured placement on PyTorch Conference North America 2026 website and official conference schedule
  • Managed event registration and fee collection (less 2.58% credit card processing fee)
Additional Items and Services for Package A - E: these may be added on and ordered in this submission form.

Package F: Cross-Promotion includes:

  • (Optional) Managed event registration and fee collection (less 2.58% credit card processing fees).
  • Note: Organizers are responsible for securing their own platform and/or venue and planning their respective events. Events cannot conflict or overlap with conference programming October 20 - 21, 2026.

Important Deadlines:
  • Deadline to submit an on-site co-located event (Package A - E) request form: September 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT
  • Deadline to submit a request for off-site cross-promotion MPO (Package F): September 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT
  • Package A - E Contract Execution Deadline: 10 business days after contract receipt. Once the 10th business day deadline has passed, space will be released to the next organizer in line.
